Anna Szücs

Anna Szücs completed her MD at the University of Geneva, Switzerland in 2019. She acquired clinical experience in geriatric psychiatry at the Geneva University Hospitals (HUG), Switzerland and spent two years as a Visiting Research Scholar at the Decision Neuroscience and Psychopathology Lab and the Longitudinal Research Program in Late-life Suicide at the University of Pittsburgh, USA, where she familiarized herself with suicide research. Anna has been collaborating with the two groups from Pittsburgh ever since. She currently works as a postdoc at the National University of Singapore, and is also completing a remote PhD with Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Her research focuses on the role of personality in suicide risk and help-seeking for depression in older adults.
